Make Your Computer Welcome You By Speaking your name

You Must Have Seen This In Movies Specially In Hollywood Movies That The Computer Is Welcoming The User By taking His/Her Name ..This Is What Today I Am GoingTo Tell You That How Could you Do That ...Just Follow These Steps And You Are Done ......

To use this trick just copy and paste the given text in notepad and save it with a .VBS extension 

Dim speaks, speech
speaks="Welcome to your PC, Manish"
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks

You Can Change That  "Welcome to your PC, Manish" To anything You Want .

Then Just Copy That VBS File And Place It To  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows XP) and to C:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (in Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista) if C: is your System drive. AppData is a hidden folder. So, you will need to select showing hidden folders in Folder options to locate it.
